A Brief History of Wildlife Conservation and Research in North America describes the changing climate and role conservation played throughout early North America, during times of destruction and war through to education and restoration. Influential people, such and Theodore Roosevelt, George Bird Grinnell, and Aldo Leopold, are highlighted, as well as the role early organizations, such as the Boone and Crockett Club, played in conservation. This publication was adapted from a two part editorial appearing in Boone and Crockett Club's official publication Fair Chase.
