TASTY CAN STILL BE HEALTHY….. I have always had a passion for cooking and not just preparing meals for myself but for others. I do find it very rewarding to see how many diverse people enjoy our flavors and spices. Living outside of the Caribbean, I often encounter people who just adore our food and I thought, what better way to share my passion than to write a recipe book. Not only would they be able to eat as if they were in the Caribbean but they would also be able to enjoy cooking “Caribbean style”. ONE LOVE…..
