FUN CITY PUNCH
A Joe Dylan Novel Book 5
Welcome to Fun City—a festering metropolis where vice is currency, corruption is law, and survival is performance art.
The city sprawls across six zones: The Beach, the Red Zone, the Central Business District, Metroland, Main Street, and the Dark Side. Woven together by a mutating network of tunnels and alleys, these neon-lit mazes echo the chaos of 18th-century London's underworld. Buildings fall and rise again overnight. Bars burn. Blood dries. The show goes on.
Into this madness walks Joe Dylan, a street-hardened investigator who doesn't just work the city's cases—he absorbs its rot. When a brutal killing in the Red Zone uncovers a network of illicit sex shows, fringe theater, and backroom violence, Dylan descends deeper into a realm where masks are mandatory and morality is worn as cloack.
Riotous patrons. Doomed lovers. Broken cops. Infectious diseases. Cabaret performers. The Eye camera system watches over all and social credits are deducted until citizens are subject to The Punch - a government reeducation program. Everyone plays a part in Fun City, everyone is being observed, even if they don't know it.
This is noir turned up to eleven. Grit meets poetry in a city with no off-switch in this international cult crime series .
