Cruel and Unusual Judge Austin Black and his sadistic 'cops' take pleasure in enslaving and punishing innocent female victims on Welfare Island. The unfortunate subjugates are forced into grim acts and humiliated until their bodies, burning with pain, submit to aberrations to pleasure the demented sex whims of their cruel masters.
