The Called to Be a Catechist Series provides information, guidance, and inspiration to catechists—whether seasoned or rookies—that will help them be more capable and confident in their responsibility of developing the faith in new generations. Breaking open Scripture, the word of God, is the foundation of every catechist’s vocation. Topics include defining the Word of God, the role of Mary, studying and interpreting Scripture, interreligious dialogue, and applying Scripture to everyday life.
