According to a 2015 Enrst & Young study, a third of workers in major global economies say work-life balance is getting tougher and maintaining work-life balance has become more difficult in the last five years. The study found that 26 percent of U.S. millennials (and 24 percent of the total U.S. workforce) were having a harder time with work-life balance. It’s been written U.S. millennials, in particular, have increased work hours, stagnant wage growth, lack of advancement [opportunities] and increased travel.
