It is an ordinary day for the team at the Medical Solutions Engineering Workshop where a team of seven work together, delivering services to the local hospitals and general surgeries. One by one as they arrive and interact with each other, emotions run high. With team morale low, and management struggling to hold things together, a meeting is called to bring everyone together. Two armed men in masks gain entry to the workshop, holding the team hostage. Each member is questioned about something from the past, threatened and forced to choose someone on the team to be sacrificed. Things take a dark turn when the votes become clear, and one of the team is shot dead after sacrificing themselves to save someone. The kidnappers go back on their agreement and want more blood, setting off a chain of events that will shock the team to the core.
