If Camille lived to be 100 she couldn't imagine the life she loved overlooking Sapphire Lake being any better; until the Messiah suddenly appeared in her idyllic hometown. But when the Prince of Peace disappears as quickly as he appeared, Camille and her best friend Tiffany proceed to track him down. However, the Savior's standards of conduct are much more demanding than just believing in a name, and not at all what they were taught in Sunday School. Nevertheless, Camille and Tiffany agree to help their hero in his quest for peace, and soon find themselves pulled into an extra-marital romantic triangle with their leader, amidst a struggle for worldwide domination. But confronted by a reality she never considered when the man that walks on water threatens to kill her babies in the pursuit of justice, Camille feels compelled to kill an old friend to protect her family. But more importantly, she's faced with an impossible choice when forced to question her beliefs and even the very nature of life to decide what sacrifice is too great in a heart-breaking struggle to save life on Earth.
